Organizer overview
How to use Eventyvo as an organizer — dashboard surfaces vs Connect for your website.
Two audiences
| You are… | Start here |
|---|---|
| Putting Eventyvo on a website (features only, or + Eventyvo data) | Two website models → Quickstart |
| Running events in the Eventyvo dashboard | This page |
This section documents organizer product usage. It is not a substitute for Connect REST / embeds.
Typical lifecycle
- Create company & buy / renew offer (Billing)
- Create event → enable modules on the offer
- Publish & promote (Publish event, Subwebsite)
- Collect registrations (Forms)
- On-site: attendance & QR (Tickets → pay → check-in)
- Wrap up (Post-event reports, Finance)
Where things live
| Need | Dashboard |
|---|---|
| Forms, approvals, tickets | Event → Forms / Attendance |
| Website Builder | Event → Website |
| Webhooks & CRM export | Company / Automation settings |
| Connect API key | Developer portal on docs |
| Reports & NPS | Event → Reports / Post-event / Feedback |
| P&L, invoices, ERP CSV | Event / Company → Finance |
Notifications
Transactional Connect emails (key rotation, quota, webhook failures) respect notification preferences. Keys and secrets are never emailed.
Modules without Connect recipes
Some offer modules are dashboard-only (no public embed / REST contract yet). See Dashboard-only modules.
